تشمل الاتفاقية استئجار 600 متر مربع من مساحة صالة عرض مميزة، و1,000 متر مربع من المساحات المكتبية، وتقع في طريق المطار، مبنى اللؤلؤة، وهو مركز تجاري حيوي يشهد حركة كثيفة. ولن يقتصر دور هذه المساحة الجديدة على كونها منصة استراتيجية للمبيعات وتعزيز تفاعل العملاء لشركة الإلكترونيات فحسب، بل ستستوعب أيضًا فريقًا متناميًا من المهنيين في المنطقة.
أبرز ملامح الصفقة:
- مساحة صالة العرض: تمتد صالة العرض على مساحة 600 متر مربع، وستضم مساحة بيع حديثة ومتطورة مصممة لعرض أحدث الابتكارات في الأجهزة الإلكترونية. ومع دمج أحدث التقنيات في تصميم المتجر، ستوفر صالة العرض تجربة تفاعلية غامرة للعملاء، وتعزز من حضور العلامة التجارية في المنطقة.
- المساحات المكتبية: تمتد المساحة المكتبية على 1,000 متر مربع، وستستوعب فريق شركة الأنيـس للإلكترونيات الإقليمي، مما يساهم في تبسيط العمليات، وتعزيز التعاون، وتوفير مقر مركزي لفرق المبيعات والتسويق والدعم. كما سيضم المكتب مرافق حديثة لدعم نمو القوى العاملة في الشركة.
